Perfect Golf Event Awards $220K+ Malibu Boat as Hole-in-One Prize at Folds of Honor Fundraiser
A participant in a Folds of Honor charity event had a major championship moment last September, acing the par-3 17th hole at iconic Hazeltine National Golf Club during the playing of the 12th Annual Wingman Open, and winning a boat for a first career hole-in-one.
Playing in a charitable event on September 8, 2025, the player used a 6-iron on the 182-yard hole – a feat protected by Perfect Golf Event’s easy-to-activate prize coverage. The ace maker, who chose to remain anonymous, earned a 2026 Malibu 22 MXZ boat, with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $229,451.00. The tournament was sponsored by Minnesota Inboard Water Sports and the hole-in-one occurred on a designated prize hole.
Zen Brings U.S. Open History to Life With New Famous Putts Playlist
As the world’s best golfers compete to write the next chapter of U.S. Open history, Zen Golf has launched a new U.S. Open Famous Putts playlist, allowing Zen Green Stage owners to recreate some of the championship’s most memorable moments on their own programmable putting surfaces.
The new software release features iconic putts spanning six decades of U.S. Open competition, from Ken Venturi’s courageous finish at Congressional in 1964 through to Bryson DeChambeau’s championship-clinching putt at Pinehurst No. 2 in 2024.

Five Branson Golf Destination Courses Voted in Missouri’s Top 10 including the Top Four
Golfweek recently released its “Best Courses by State” compilation on June 15 and Ozarks National, Buffalo Ridge, Payne’s Valley, and Branson Hills ranked as Missouri’s top four courses in that order. A fifth Branson Golf destination course, LedgeStone, is Missouri’s No. 7 rated layout, improving one place from its No. 8 ranking last year.

Byrd secured his 10th career Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA) Tour win on Wednesday, shooting 63-64—-127 (13-under par) and edging defending champion Kamaiu Johnson by two strokes in the APGA Juneteenth Classic at historic Chester Washington Golf Course.
