PGA of America Names Marissa Bataille Daly Chief Marketing Officer

The PGA of America today named Marissa Bataille Daly Chief Marketing Officer. Daly brings nearly two decades of experience building sports brands, engaging audiences, and creating memorable experiences across live events, digital platforms, and original content. Daly joins the PGA of America from the Los Angeles Rams, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Studios & Marketing. She will report to PGA of America Chief Executive Officer Terry Clark, begin October 5, and be based in Frisco.

Five Iron Golf Launches Five Iron Studio, a New Smaller-Footprint Franchise Model

Five Iron Golf today announced Five Iron Studio, a new smaller-footprint franchise model designed to extend the Five Iron experience into markets and real estate opportunities that may not support a traditional Five Iron venue. Five Iron Studio extends the company's existing franchise model into a more flexible format. After nearly a decade of building and scaling Five Iron Golf, the company is applying its brand recognition, operating infrastructure, premium golf technology, hospitality expertise and design DNA to a 3,000- to 5,000-square-foot format built for 24/7 access.

Lennar Southwest Florida Launches Play for Pink Initiative to Support Breast Cancer Research

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lennar's Southwest Florida division has announced the Play for Pink initiative, a month-long campaign aimed at raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research through golf. Throughout October, pink flags will adorn the 9th and 18th greens at three participating Lennar golf facilities, symbolizing solidarity and hope for those affected by breast cancer. As part of this initiative, Lennar Southwest Florida will donate $1 for every round of golf played in October 2026.
